Unhelpful, abusive comment removed from display ~J99 It may not affect your issue but it may help readers of this thread who are having FlashPlayer issues. On Windows after XP disabling Adobe's protected mode is the number one fix for Flash player issues. Note it is generally not wise to use outdated software it is often a Security issue. RESPONSE yes it does belong here it is not wise to use outdated software without careful consideration To John99 that doesn't solve the problem, and doesn't even belong in this thread.

I'm fine with that and can thankfully carry on with Firefox. This fixes the problem, but you still have to click 'Activate the Plugin' and then 'Always remember' the first time you visit a site with flash, but it won't ask you again when you visit the site later.

Plugins.hide_infobar_for_outdated_plugin true I fixed the problem, or at least most of the problem! Actually reading all through the Mozilla pages no one really knows anything about the issue which is sad because it has been a issue for so long.
